Better Inks MEANS Better Prints
We use only high-quality Wilfex inks at our facility. Utilizing the DM4 ink mixing system, we are able to provide the highest level of consistency and control in the industry. In addition to being able to match any Pantone color, we carry some exciting Specialty Inks. Our most popular inks are listed below:
Suede
Adds texture while maintaining a soft finish. The soft, velvet texture can be used to simulate leather.
Sculpture Base
Attain the appearance of smooth, sculpted clay and add a special effect to a design.
Shimmer
Much like our Chrome ink, Shimmer has a metallic look but in a variety of colors. Over 12 shades are available.
HD Clear
This clear gloss can be overprinted on any ink to add a glossy finish to an outstanding color.
Glitter
Glam up the look by adding some bling to a basic design.
Plush Ink
Create a texture that mimics chenille and velvet. Adds a high-fashion finish that is soft to the touch.
Silicone
Working best on polyester blended garments. silicone ink is smooth, has a matte finish, and very flexible allowing it to stretch with the garment without cracking like regular plastisol.
Puff
Adds eye-catching dimension and texture to a design.
Chrome
Has a shimmering, metallic look and will add value to any design.
Fluorescent

Saving Water
We invest in new production equipment that has lower operating costs, using less than half the amount of manual rinsing systems. By using a self-contained filtration system in our screen washout, we reduce water usage. While more expensive, this equipment sets a higher industry standard and lower environmental footprint.
Lighting Up The Future
At the beginning of 2017, we finished converting 3,908 lights in our 235,000 square foot facility to energy-efficient LED lighting. We anticipate saving over 243,374-kilowatt hours per year, and our new LED lights have an estimated life expectancy of over 10 years.
Eco-focused Partners
We partner with garment makers that practice sustainable business. Our largest garment supplier powers 44% of their total energy from renewable sources, recycles or repurposes 89% of their total non-hazardous waste, and recycles 100% of their textile clippings.
We Make Recycling Easy
We put recycling bins at every work station and recycle whenever possible - cardboard boxes, paper products, plastic shrink wrap, garments, cardboard packaging cones, and additional substrates.
A Friendlier Clean
To create a healthier internal environment we replaced caustic cleaning products with a water-soluble cleaning solution. Choosing a safer cleaning product protects the health of our employees and keeps our workspace clean and safe.
Less Paper
We have taken initiatives to reduce paper through the creation of our proprietary, company-wide creative and order-processing systems. These systems link all departments and tracks all stages from start to finish, in digital form, significantly reducing the need for paper.
Efficiencies
By using higher quality materials and Kaizen manufacturing techniques, we reduce waste and streaming processes. From emulsion, mesh, and ink to cleaning solutions, tape, and boxes, we have found better, more efficient ways of getting your product to you in an efficient, timely manner.
Sustainable Packaging
We purchase cardboard boxes from a sustainable packaging company. These boxes are made with 100% recycled paper from a company that recycles 3,000 tons of paper each day. Additionally, we opt for a high-quality packing tape that allows us to use less tape per box.
Just the right Amount of Ink
Our state-of-the-art ink mixing system allows us to be more exact with our ink usage. Instead of purchasing bulk ink, our technology allows us to mix what is needed resulting in no excess.
